Limits

A code points to likely causes. Only an inspection of the unit can show which one applies. Gas, carbon monoxide, refrigerant and high-voltage work is for licensed trades only.

The owner steps on this site are limited to what the manufacturer's owner documents allow. If a step is not in your unit's own documents, do not do it.

If you smell gas

Leave the building. Then call your gas supplier or emergency services from outside.

If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds

Leave the building. Then call emergency services from outside.
